Taylor Maxwell. P.E.

Having been with Integrity Environmental Solutions since 2012, Taylor Maxwell is proud to have shepherded the growth of the Columbia office and to now also serve as a Senior Vice President.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Murray State University, Taylor has built a dynamic career in environmental and civil consulting over his tenure. He began his professional journey working for civil consulting firms but later transitioned to a managerial role at Waste Management, where he served as Gas Operations Manager until 2012. He joined Carlson Environmental Consultants (now Integrity), drawn by the company’s collaborative environment and commitment to innovative greenhouse gas reduction strategies.

Beyond his technical expertise, Taylor is known for his strong project management skills, focusing on client needs and resource optimization, and his ability to see the big picture. In addition to helping clients reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and carbon footprint, one of Taylor’s favorite things about working at Integrity is the people. He enjoys working alongside other dedicated professionals and is proud to have experienced the company’s growth as a result of their efforts.

In his personal life, Taylor enjoys being active in his children’s sports activities and loves spending time on the lake, where he boats and occasionally fishes. He resides in Columbia with his daughter, son, and their German Shepherd, Nanook.
