Our state-of-the-art machinery is maintained and operated by skilled professionals in-house. This helps us execute projects efficiently, maintain strict quality control, and deliver timely results across our entire spectrum of services – landfill gas, solid waste, RNG, environmental services, and more.
Heavy Equipment Fleet
Integrity boasts a robust fleet of heavy equipment that is instrumental to effective project delivery even in the most demanding of construction projects. Our equipment includes:
- Drill Rigs: A fleet of six IMT and Soilmec drill rigs capable of drilling boreholes up to 175 feet.
- Excavators: A diverse fleet of twenty-two excavators ranging from 13 to 22 tons, including Volvo, Komatsu, and Sany models.
- Dozers: Six Komatsu D51 & D61 dozers, including three equipped with Intelligent Machine Control for enhanced precision.
- Dump Trucks: A fleet of twenty-two 25-ton Volvo and Bell articulated dump trucks for efficient material transport.
- Compact Track Loaders: Ten compact track loaders, including eight Bobcat T770 models for versatile site operations.
Specialized Equipment
We have invested in a range of specialized equipment to support our core services, including:
- Pipe Fusion: Over 300 pieces of pipe fusion equipment with capacities ranging from 1 to 36 inches.
- Gas Generation: Over 100 gas generators for various on-site applications.
- Vacuum Trucks: Four Vactor 2100 vacuum trucks and one smaller Vactor 2103 for efficient waste removal.
- Cleaning Equipment: Three jetting trailers and three Envirosight crawler camera systems for thorough cleaning and inspection.
- Support Equipment: One Envirosight CCTV trailer, two supplied air trailers, and a high-temp profiler for specialized tasks.
Transportation
Our robust transportation fleet helps our team ensure timely project execution and equipment mobilization across project sites, requirements, and timelines. These include:
- Heavy Haul: Four semis and trailers for transporting large equipment across the country.
- Hot Shot: Four hot shot trucks with trailers for rapid deployment of smaller equipment, crew, and vehicles.
