Job Description

Integrity Environmental Solutions is seeking an O&M director.  The selected candidate will help manage and lead projects in the solid waste sector involving operations, maintenance, and monitoring; landfill gas systems; permitting and compliance, renewable natural gas; solid waste and gas system construction; and construction quality assurance. Periodic travel is required based on project demands.

Helping support our existing O&M, Engineering, landfill monitoring, construction, and CQA services divisions. As new projects begin the individual will be required to manage and maintain contact with clients, manage schedules, and help manage staff engineers. This individual will assist with a variety of assignments that may include report writing, calculations, business development, and proposals.

Responsibilities:

  •  Managing large solid waste projects in the Mid-Atlantic
  •  Managing, mentoring and supervising project teams
  •  Develop and prepare proposals, schedules, and budgets
  •  Understand and implement local, state and federal rules and regulations throughout all project work
  •  Develop and maintain client relationships
  •  Coordinate tasks and scheduling effectively
  •  Coordinate with vendors and sub-consultants
  •  Preparing plans and specifications, reports, data analysis, and compliance tasks as needed

Skills:

  •  Strong communication skills, oral and written
  •  Microsoft Office and other computer programs (ArcGIS, Google Forms, etc..) experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills; team builder

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working at an environmental consulting firm
  • 3+ years working in solid waste/landfill industry
  • Bachelors of Science Degree or applicable landfill gas experience.
  • Business Development experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License with no DUI’s
  • Must be eligible to be legally employed in the U.S.
  • Previous management and/or scheduling experience preferred
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle records checks
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
