Three Rivers

The Three Rivers Solid Waste Authority (TRSWA) retained Integrity beginning in 2015 to provide Solid Waste and GCCS consulting services.  These services have included field operations to perform the following services:

• Quarterly Methane Migration Monitoring & Reporting
• Quarterly Surface Emissions Monitoring & Reporting
• Monthly GCCS Routing Monitoring
• Non-Routine GCCS Services including system troubleshooting, repairs, pump services, and field investigations to locate vacuum, forcemain, and compressed air leaks

Integrity also provides general solid waste consulting to the Authority, intermittently meeting at the landfill to discuss and provide input on leachate collection and management, workface progression, and general landfill management issues.

Integrity provides Engineering Services to the TRSWA including:

• GCCS Five-Year phasing plans for capital budgeting
• GCCS Expansion Design, Permitting, and Bidding Services
• GCCS Design Plan/Master Plan Preparation
• Troubleshooting assistance as-needed

Integrity has over ten years of experience assisting South Carolina public sector clients including TRSWA with bidding major construction projects.  Our contract documents, specifications, and experienced project managers have successfully procured our public sector clients over a dozen successfully completed contracts across the State.

Integrity has also performed construction quality assurance (CQA) services for all four of the Authority’s capital projects to document construction activities and ensure construction projects conform to the plans and specifications. Integrity’s CQA staff has worked closely with engineering and has assisted with the successful completion of  major construction projects.  Integrity prepared a CQA report at the conclusion of each project, including daily reports, the photographic log, testing reports, and other applicable documentation.
