D. Vince Coleman

D. Vince Coleman’s journey in the construction and environmental sector began early, influenced by his father’s role as a project manager. After graduation, Vince spent six years with UPS before he was drawn into environmental reclamation and landfill construction by his brother in 1997. He honed his skills at various firms, rising quickly from equipment operator to supervisor and project manager, and eventually joining Carlson Environmental Consultants, now Integrity, to help establish its construction department.

Vince’s leadership at Integrity Environmental has been transformative. Joining as a construction manager, he became a partner in 2013, playing a key role in growing the firm’s construction services, which now account for more than half of the company’s projects. His deep understanding of the landfill gas industry, coupled with a strong work ethic and commitment to honesty, has earned him the respect and confidence of both clients and employees alike.

What Vince finds most rewarding is the positive impact he and his team have on the environment and the families of their 240 employees. He emphasizes the importance of strong relationships, believing that success is built on trust and collaboration. Known for bridging the gap between engineers and field teams, he fosters a culture of mentorship, helping younger professionals grow and succeed.

Outside of work, Vince enjoys life on his small farm in Meeks, GA, where he engages in hunting and outdoor activities, building connections with family, clients, and employees. With a passion for classic movies and a signature collection of hats, he brings a unique blend of professionalism and personal flair to his role, excited to see what the future holds for Integrity.
