Eddie Wyatt

Eddie Wyatt, SVP of the Operations & Maintenance Group at Integrity, brings experience and a deep commitment to excellence to the waste management and gas operations industry.

Eddie began his career in chemical manufacturing but shifted to waste management in 2004, seeking a more stable work-life balance for his growing family. Initially, it was a practical move, but he soon discovered a passion for the field. Starting at a single site, Eddie quickly became known as the “gas guy” and advanced within the company to become Gas Operations Manager for Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

In 2020, Eddie reached out to Integrity Environmental Solutions, having admired their work on various projects. Just as he was considering a move, an opening for an OM&M Director became available. His fit with the company was immediate, leading to his rise to Senior Vice President.

Eddie’s passion for gas operations and waste management stems from the industry’s complex problem-solving and his desire to help others. He believes anyone willing to learn can succeed in this field. At Integrity, he leverages his experience to contribute to the company’s growth and success, valuing its fair approach to clients and the familial culture within the organization.

Outside of work, Eddie enjoys quality time with his wife Charlene and their two sons Logan and Tanner. His hobbies include golfing, hunting, and fishing, and he notably won first place in a smallmouth anglers club for two consecutive years. Eddie also has a creative side, with a talent for drawing. He credits his success to the unwavering support of his wife.
