Chief Executive Officer and Construction Director
Zane Ferris

Zane Ferris joined the Integrity team in 2022 and serves as Integrity’s Chief Executive Officer and Director of Construction working out of our Columbia, SC office. Zane graduated Barry University in Miami, FL where he majored in business. He has over 33 years of experience in logistics, project management, and construction. He previously spent 22 years with WM finally serving as a Director of Disposal Operations. He then owned his own trucking company.
When asked “What is most important to you?”, his response is “unequivocally family”. This applies to Zane’s nuclear family, and to his work family of each and every Integrity employee. The safety of Integrity employees is also something that he focuses on throughout every work day. Zane believes it is Integrity’s obligation as a company to give employees every tool they need, whether it is training, equipment, or materials – anything that is necessary for them to do their job each day – so they can go home safely at the end of the day.
Zane considers himself to be a problem solver, working hard each day to keep “cool” even when faced with challenges. He’s a numbers guy, who believes in teamwork, cohesion and synergies, his philosophy is that several individuals working together to reach a common goal is exponentially stronger than any individual(s) attempting to achieve the same.
Zane works each day to be fair, open, honest and loyal to all of our company stakeholders by accepting challenges and taking pride in overcoming obstacles to obtain the goals that have been set. Zane is a motivator and leader, working diligently to guide our team to collaborate with one another for goal achievement. He embraces change and operational improvements, and facilitates growth and company sustainability.
When he’s not working, Zane enjoys hanging out with his family in Lugoff, SC where he lives with his wife Lisa, high school student Luke, and Clemson student Roan. Just a few of Zane’s favorite activities are hunting, off-shore fishing, cooking and grilling, sporting clays, and golf.
