Seth Nunes, P.E.

Seth Nunes is an accomplished leader in the solid waste and landfill gas industry, bringing over two decades of expertise and a passion to his role as President and COO of Integrity Environmental Solutions.

After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, Seth began his professional career in 2001, initially working as an electrical engineer. He soon transitioned to civil engineering, drawn to the dynamic fieldwork it offered.

Seth joined the landfill gas and solid waste industry in 2002 working first in Texas and then Florida. In 2009, he joined Carlson Environmental Consultants, now Integrity, where he established himself as a visionary and dedicated leader, ultimately becoming President in April 2024. His diverse expertise encompasses geotechnical, structural, environmental, and hydraulic engineering, providing him with a rich history of experience that fuels his passion for supporting clients through creative problem solving.

Seth’s unique blend of both consulting and industry experience allows him to approach challenges with a well-rounded perspective. He holds multiple state certifications as a Professional Engineer and contractor across various states, and is a member of SWANA and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Seth cherishes the camaraderie and teamwork at Integrity, enjoying the daily challenges and opportunities for growth alongside his talented team.

Seth and his wife, also an engineer and integral member of Integrity’s team, are the proud parents of four children, two boys and two girls. When he’s not working, Seth enjoys golfing, hunting, and vacationing at national parks with his family. He also dedicates time to coaching his children’s softball and baseball teams and working with Boy Scouts of America. Some people may not know that Seth also has a photographic memory!

With a track record of successfully addressing complex challenges and driving organizational growth, Seth is dedicated to helping clients find sustainable practices in the solid waste sector and looks forward to supporting Integrity’s continued growth and success.
